When will my order ship?

I usually ship orders out in 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items will ship out in 1-2 weeks. Please refer to individual items' descriptions for more details.

Where is my order?
All orders are sent with tracking. Check your email for shipping confirmation. This will include a tracking number. You can track your order here. If you can't find your shipping confirmation or have any other questions, please feel free to email me at hello@rosyreveriesjewelry so I can personally look into it.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives broken, please email me at right away so I can help. Please be prepared with:
  • pictures of damaged product
  • pictures of packaging

I cannot provide a replacement or repair if your jewelry has been altered in any way.

What do I do if I need to return or exchange an item?

All Rosy Reveries jewelry is made with the highest quality. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email me at right away so I can process your return or exchange. You must contact me within 7 days, and item(s) must be mailed back within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). Personalized and customized goods are exempt from returns or exchanges.
